How do you play AA or KK?
Personally I like to just limp on most occasions with AA or even KK when I am doing well in the chip department. If I have been low stacked for a while and card dead I tend to push.

AA, I raise semi-modestly if I have a medium chip stack. If I'm short, I'm all in... I had a bad history of limping in and get smashed.
KK? I'm pushing hard...but juuuust hard enough to weed out the chasers and suckouts. But you know the deal, KKs are like 22s if an A is on the board,,,,

So does it matter what position you are in as to how much you push? Also how much would you push if you knew you had the absolute nuts and wanted to take maximum chips? I know personally I will keep it low and hope that they hit something. Or that they feel you are bluffing them and will be careless and push to force you out.

It's pretty situational, but most of the time - maybe 75-80% - I make a normal raise if I'm first in. Depending on the particular game, level, table, chip stacks, position etc., that can be anywhere from 2.5BB to 4BB.
Limping can work if someone behind you is raising a lot of pots, especially against limpers, but I see it over-used quite often; people limp when the table has been doing a lot of limping, and end up going to the flop against four or five opponents, which isn't a very desirable situation.
