Well you both were in with A rags suited or not. He could have very easily been sitting there with a set. You should have slowed down on the betting. Don't get me wrong I feel your pain but there are other things you need to look at...like the flush draw or the made flush on the turn. That would have made me think twice about pushing all in there. Now looking at it from his angle he sees he has Top pair, granted a chit kicker but also has a flush draw, whereas all you can hope for if he made his flush is the FH.
