I still can't transfer funds. It says I haven't the funds available when I clearly do.

E check deposits are in your account immediately (so you can play using them) but you are prohibited from transferring funds for a full 10 days to ensure PokerStars can grab them back if it turns out that you don't have those funds in the bank.

This is a very common situation.
